An action-packed edition of SmackDown Live.

It may not have delivered in exactly the way WWE fans wanted, but it certainly had its high points -- especially at the beginning and end of Tuesday night's show.

Everybody was expecting that John Cena will win the match against Shinsuke Nakamura to enter into the SummerSlam to fight against modern day Maharaja, Jinder Mahal for the WWE championship match.

It was a very exciting match and it was nicely poised. Anyone of these two could pin one another. But the King of Strong Style beats Cena clean. Now Nakamura will have the opportunity to win the most prestigious championship in professional wrestling. And of course, Shinsuke Nakamura is the obvious favorite.

When SmackDown went off the air, Baron Corbin attacked Nakamura from behind with the Money in the Bank briefcase. John Cena then stood up for Shinsuke Nakamura and he hit the Attitude Adjustment on Corbin through the table. Looks like that match between John Cena and Baron Corbin is set for SummerSlam, too.

But it does not end here.

WWE has a long term plan for Baron Corbin and Shinsuke Nakamura.
Although Shinsuke Nakamura has won the number 1 contender ship for the WWE Championship match. I am personally, not seeing him walking out of the Ring as a champion.

Will Jinder Mahal retain his WWE Championship belt?

Certainly not!

We could possibly see Baron Corbin interference in a match between Jinder Mahal and Shinsuke Nakamura or even though Shinsuke Nakamura wins the championship, there is every possibility that Money In the Bank briefcase will be cashed in by Baron Corbin.

Then we will see the real rivalry between Baron Corbin and Shinsuke Nakamura and this feud will extend further and might end up when Nakamura eventually defeat Corbin.

Who knows it becomes a feud of the year.
